Our Virtual Consultation is private, safe and discrete.

Simply fill out the form as thoroughly as possible and submit. In order to best serve you please send front, back and profile photos of the area of your face or body that you’re interested in. Attach and send images to cosmed@dev-cosmedclinic.pantheonsite.io , with subject line “Images for Virtual Consultation“.

We respect your privacy, your images, by law, will be kept on a highly secure server. However, if you’re a bit wary of sending pictures to a complete stranger please call to speak with one of our Nurses or Cosmetic Consultants (not a salesperson). We assure you that you’ll feel more comfortable after a brief conversation.

After your submission you will receive a call from one of our patient specialists to schedule a confidential discussion with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. After your private consultation we will send you a pricing estimate!
